What our patients say about us

Stephanie F.

Frequently asked questions

Questions and answers about our ophthalmic practice.

The practice is very easily accessible by public transport. You can find a direct link to Google Maps here.

Parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the practice in the white and blue zones. The ‘Opernhaus’ and ‘Feldegg’ parking garages are also just a few minutes’ walk away.

Most patients spend 30 to 60 minutes at our practice; if eye drops are administered, it can occasionally take up to 2 hours (including a break). Every day, we do our best to ensure that appointments run on schedule.

Should you wish to share a suggestion, praise, or criticism with us, please feel free to send us an email or give us a call. We will gladly attend to your concerns.

The practice is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via an elevator. There is a designated stroller parking area in the entrance. If preferred, you are also welcome to bring your stroller into the practice. The waiting and examination rooms are barrier-free. We also offer a convenient baby-changing room. Babies and toddlers are very welcome; we are fully equipped for them and utilize modern mobile examination devices specifically for children.

Appointments can be canceled free of charge via phone or email up to 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for appointments canceled later than this or in the event of a no-show. We appreciate it if you release your appointment for other patients if you are unable to attend.

If you are visiting us as an adult patient, we will be happy to discuss with you in advance whether pupil-dilating drops are necessary for your examination. By law, operating a vehicle with dilated pupils is strictly prohibited. Typically, the dilation lasts for 4 to 6 hours. During this time, near vision is blurred, making close-range tasks—such as office work—more difficult. We are happy to schedule your appointments accordingly.
