Questions and answers about our ophthalmic practice.
The practice is very well accessible by public transport. You can find a detailed description of the way and a site plan under "Here you can find us" (link) / Here you can find a route description
Parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity of the practice in the white and blue zones. You can reach the practice from the parking garages "Opernhaus" and "Feldegg" in a few minutes on foot.
Most patients are in our office for 30 to 60 minutes, if eye drops are given rarely up to 2 hours (with break). We do our best every day to keep the appointments on time.
If you have a suggestion, praise or criticism to share with us, please feel free to send us an email or give us a call. We will gladly take care of your request.
The practice is on the 1st floor and has an elevator. In the entrance area there is a parking space for the stroller. If it is important for you, you may bring the stroller to the practice. The waiting and examination rooms are accessible without obstacles. We have a convenient baby changing room. Babies and toddlers are welcome in our practice, so we are well equipped for them and have modern mobile examination equipment for children.
Up to 24 hours before, you can cancel the appointment free of charge by phone or e-mail. We reserve the right to charge for appointments canceled later or for unexcused absences. We are grateful if you release your appointment to other patients if you cannot come.
If you come to us as an adult patient, we will be happy to discuss with you in advance whether pupil dilating drops are necessary during the examination. Driving a vehicle with dilated pupils is prohibited by law. As a rule, pupil dilation lasts for 4 to 6 hours. During this time, near vision is blurred, making close work, such as an office job, difficult. We will be happy to schedule the appointments accordingly with you.
